Challenge: Spark a memory. This is the handle of a flat-edged baking knife that belonged to my mom. I have very few things that were hers and I treasure this knife. I owe my love of baking to her. When I pick up this knife, I am transported back to the kitchen I grew up in, she is standing next to me and we are baking together again. Tearing up as I write this... I miss her so much. I am so glad I have this knife.
