Challenge:  Symmetry. I had to cut up some jalapenos for dinner anyway. I like this one - might frame it for my kitchen.

Equipment: Canon EOS 60D, EF-S 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6 IS
Settings: Manual exposure, 0.8, f/22, ISO 100, tripod mounted
